Paola Bruzzone Goldsmith

Paola graduated from Universidad de Chile, Law School in 1992. In 1995, she joined Lewin y Cía. as a corporate associate and was made a partner in 2000, where she worked until 2013.

Afterward, she joined S.A.C.I. Falabella as Corporate Legal Manager, leading the expansion and consolidation of the economic group in Latin America. Subsequently, she joined EY Law as Lead Partner in Chile.

Paola excels due to her negotiation skills and knowledge in corporate governance and retail. She has been a member of the Board of Director in Clínica Las Condes S.A., Zofri S.A., Fundación “Quien Cuenta Eres Tu” (“You Count” Foundation), and Member of Icare’s Legal Circle.
