Ignacio Esnaola Vidal

Ignacio is a Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Chile. In 2008 he earned a diploma in Tax Planning and Management from Universidad de Chile, School of Economics and Business. In 2015 he earned a Master’s degree in Applied Research in Economics and Business from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and was awarded a scholarship by Generalitat de Catalunya, assisting University professors in academic matters. Subsequently, he pursued studies to earn a Doctorate in Law from Universidad Pompeu Fabra.

Between 2008 and 2018 Ignacio worked at EY Chile, where he began working as a staff lawyer to be then promoted to senior manager of the Tax Consulting department. He advised national and foreign companies and individuals in matters such as business development, corporate restructurings, purchase and sale of assets, among others.
