Nicolas Araya

Nicolás is a Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Santiago, Chile, with experience in tax compliance, direct and indirect taxes, and international taxation. He has built his career at international firms such as EY and Deloitte.

Throughout his career, he has calculated and reviewed monthly and annual taxes, analyzed the tax implications of domestic and international transactions, applied double taxation treaties and VAT rules for services, and managed corporate reorganizations and their tax effects. He also has experience supporting tax audits and participating in international tax planning matters.

He previously worked at Auxadi Contables y Consultores, where he prepared tax forms (Formularios 29 and 50), calculated taxable net income, managed corporate tax records, and analyzed transactions with foreign suppliers.

He holds a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing from the University of Santiago, Chile, and complemented his education with studies in Germany, England, and Australia, where he earned a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
