Daniela Valdés

Daniela has focused her experience on tax law, particularly on tax litigation. In administrative and judicial proceedings, she has advised and represented individuals and corporate clients from many sectors (e.g., mining, energy, real estate, retail, logistics, and healthcare), successfully closing important procedures before the Internal Revenue Service (SII) and tax courts. She joined Bruzzone y González Abogados in 2021, leading the definition of client defense strategies in tax audits, tax claims, and tax return procedures, among other matters.

Daniela graduated as a Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 2010 and has a master’s in Tax Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez – Chile.

Her previous experience includes taking part in the Litigation and Taxpayer Defense department of EY between 2012 and 2018 as Manager. In 2019, Daniela joined the International Tax Services and Tax Consulting department of EY.
